Ayoubowan fellow balloonist and friends, I am pleased to announce the we have planned the fourth event since 2003. This event is special as our country , celebrates “Visit Sri Lanka Year 2011” and is now at peace after 30 years of war and conflict. This has made the entire island free to travel and enjoy the areas that were locked in conflict. You will be a special guest, as you will be able to visit the East coast city of Trincomalee and Jaffna in the North of Sri Lanka which was previously inaccessible. The event has selected the best hotels and the locations for the event. We have maintained the cost at affordable prices and when compared with the 2008 event. With the dawn of peace in the country, the hotels have had a steady stream of visitors that had been yearning to visit the country for many years and the hotels are now filled to capacity.
